Charlotteville & Turnberry

Charlotteville is a gated community with 205 single family lots located in the western district of New Providence.  Located Off of Winsor Field Road which is near Old Fort Bay, Lyford Cay, Nassau International Airport, Fine Dining, Albany and the new shopping plaza “Old Fort Bay Town Centre” with the new Solomon’s Fresh Market food store. Charlotteville comes with a pool, 2 tennis courts, a clubhouse, 24 hour security, picnic and play areas for kids. The community fees are reasonably low set in the range of $140 – $150 per month.

Besides all the facts about this community, and what’s important to many is that it has a great feel. It’s family oriented and every afternoon you can be sure to find persons walking their dogs, jogging or kids riding their bikes. The security is very tight and you will not be allowed through the gates just to snoop around. They also patrol the neighbourhood regularly, and lately because of the summer months they have been spraying for mosquitoes.

Within Charlotteville is another community called “Turnbery”, which is a community within the community containing 80 townhouses. This also is a very nice community with amenities of its own, including a volleyball court, tennis court and beautiful pool with a waterfall which provides a great ambiance.

Charlotteville & Turnberry are both great communities at affordable prices. The developers have done a very good job with these communities and it’s evident. It provides a good quality of life and great people. Furthermore, since the construction of the new shopping plaza across the street, demand & values have already increased, and they will continue to increase.  So get in now!!
