Palm Cay Condo’s in Very High Demand
In what was described as an “oversubscribed offering” of eight residences in Palm Cay, resulted in a waiting list for the high demand condominiums in the beautiful gated area. The second phase of the five phase Anchorage condominiums summoned 11 reservations for the eight residences that were put on the market. As anticipated, the sale of all eight units did not take too long. In just a matter of hours, all eight units of the Anchorage Phase II were sold out at a recent reservation selection event. Palm Cay’s sales and marketing director, Zack Bonczek, could not be more excited about the potential of Palm Cay. He calls Palm Cay a well thought out product that meets a need in the market.“It’s the right price, the right size, the right location and the right timing”, Bonczek said to the potential owners at the selection event.
Palm Cay’s second phase condominiums are single-storey, 1,475 sq. ft. with contemporary kitchens granite countertops, travertine tile, generously sized balconies, baseboards and crown mouldings, and central A/C. The beautiful Anchorage project will comprise of 50-units that will be built in five phases. According to Cay News, Phase I is on schedule, with roofs going up on all four buildings this month. Buyers that made reservations had until May 2 to complete their contracts, and construction is scheduled to start by the end of May with the eight reserved units expected to be ready in early 2015.
