The One&Only Ocean Club resort on the Bahamas’ Paradise Island is planning a renovation project.

The changes will include completely renovated and expanded guest rooms and suites in the resort’s Hartford Wing, along with the expansion of dining options at its signature Dune eatery.

“The planned enhancements are consistent with the secluded private-estate feel of the resort, but will elevate its sophistication and offerings and enrich the guest experience,” said Jonah Sonnenborn, Head of Real Estate at Access Industries, which owns the resort. “The new Hartford wing and dining options will amplify the already extraordinary experience of this spectacular property, with its unmatched beachfront and historic Versailles gardens.”

The update will mean that every room in the Hartford Wing will increase in size by 110 square feet, with either ocean or resort garden views, along with new furnishings and design changes.

“One&Only Ocean Club is an iconic, exclusive resort and the planned renovations will make it better than ever,” said Mark DeCocinis, President/Chief Operating Officer, One&Only Resorts. “With our passionate team led by General Manager John Conway, we will continue to focus on providing guests the best service in The Bahamas.”

The renovation is being conducted in collaboration with design consultants HKS Architects and Jeffrey Beers International.
